All of ZAHN-Z jewelry pieces are made to order in New York. For this reason, all purchases are final and we are unable to accept returns or offer exchange. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to do any modifications or cancellations.

If there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please email info@zahnzjewelry.com with your name, order number, description of repair needed and a photo of the damage for a replacement within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. If for any reason we believe that the items are intentionally damaged or misused, we reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests.
If applicable, a refund or a replacement may be approved due to a manufacturing defect.
